Prices, conditions and reservations

Midseason - 29/05 - 02/07 450 € per week
High season - 03/07 - 20/08 650 € per week

  • Final cleaning, electricity, water and tourist tax are in included
  • The minimum period of rental is 1 week (from Saturday to Saturday)
  • Arrival time after 17.00h and departure before 10.00h
  • Pets are not allowed
  • Bed linen and towels are not provided

    • During your stay you can use the swimming pool (6x12m) at La Grenouille.

    Payments for reservations to the owners imply that you agree to the conditions and terms stated below:

    1. Reservations
    1.1. Reservations can be made by telephone, in writing or by email. Bookings are only binding upon reception of 50% of the total rent by Mr. and Mrs. Moreau within 2 weeks of making your reservation.
    1.2. The remainder of the amount must be paid 6 weeks before arrival. If you make your reservation less than 6 weeks in advance, the amount of rent must be paid in full before arrival.
    1.3. According to the terms of cancellation, amounts already paid will not be reimbursed (see under 2.)

    2. Terms of cancellation
    2.1. Cancellations must be in writing and addressed to La Grenouille Vacances. Upon reception La Grenouille Vacances will confirm the cancellation in writing.
    2.2 For cancellations up to 6 weeks before the date of arrival, 50% of the total amount will be charged.
    2.3 The full amount will be charged for cancellations less than 6 weeks before date of arrival.
    We recommend you arranging for cancellation insurance.

    3. Responsibility and deposit
    3.1. During your stay in Le Mazaupin, you are fully liable for the house and all the items that belong to it. Damage caused by the occupants/fellow travelers/guests must be paid immediately and in full to the owners.
    3.2. The security deposit for the gîte is €500,-- payable with the remainder of the rent and refunded within 2 weeks after your departure.
    3.3. The owners or La Grenouille Vacances cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, damage or injury caused to or by tenants (this includes the use of the swimming pool).
    3.4. You have to respect the maximum capacity of the house (5 persons + baby). Access to the house can be refused due to non respect of the conditions mentioned above.
    3.5. Pets are not allowed.
